I (Reef Lodge Backpackers Townsville) have been dealing with G.C. Laundry Equipment since 2004 and have found them to be very helpful and supportive of their product. Initially the purchase of 3 large commercial dryers and 2 large commercial front load washers was a large expense, this later proved to be an advantage after the 9 years that followed. Previous to this we did have another major commercial brand that died after 2 1/2 years and the 4 top loaders were too expensive to repair. Big thank you to Phill, Steve and Larry for all their help who have always been more than forthcoming with advise and technical advice. Also great parts back-up service. If you don't have a positive thing to say then its often better to say nothing:-)
