This award winning eco-friendly retreat offers a choice of 12 handcrafted tree houses and villas. Each includes a fully equipped kitchen and wood fireplace. Set on 93 hectares of tropical highland rainforest, Rose Gums Wilderness Retreat provides all linen, plus fluffy bathrobes and slippers. Guests have free access to the tennis court and walking trails. All accommodations features king-size beds, laundry facilities and a private veranda with a barbecue. The living area includes a stereo system, TV and DVD player. Chef prepared meals are available 24 hours prior to arrival for dining in the privacy of your room. Located on the coastal mountain ranges of the Atherton Tablelands, next to Wooroonooran National Park, Rose Gums is only 90 minutes’ drive from Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef.
